This week we are learning about animals that live in the sea! One of our class favourites is the octopus!
You may need:
- Blue construction paper
- Purple construction paper
- Purple crêpe/tissue paper
- Large Googly eyes or eye stickers
- Glitter glue pens
To start with we just cut out a large octopus shaped head! (Can easily find an outline online.)
We cut out strips of purple tissue paper (8 per child) . We glued down all the pieces onto a blue piece of construction paper. We attached 2 big Googly eyes and finally used glitter glue pens to decorate our octopus!
Don’t they look great! They are so funny! Especially when kids stick on their own eyes in random places!
